GotGot is a tool that helps you keep track of a collection and find good swaps. Swaps are made directly between you and the other person — GotGot is not part of the deal and is not responsible for it. The app is provided as-is, for personal use. By using GotGot you agree to these terms.
GotGot is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may keep as many collections as you like and use the app on your own devices. Please don’t misuse it — for example by trying to break, copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app, or by using it to do anything unlawful.
On iOS, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
GotGot helps you find and record swaps, but every swap happens directly between you and the other collector. We are not a party to any swap, we don’t hold, ship, verify, or guarantee any item, and we don’t process any exchange of money or goods.
That means you are responsible for your own swaps, and GotGot is not responsible for things like: whether the other person turns up, whether an item is the right one or in good condition, items that are lost or damaged, or any disagreement between you and another collector. Please use common sense and normal caution when arranging to meet or trade with anyone — especially where children are involved, a parent or guardian should be in charge of any meet-up.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it useful and accurate, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a suggested match will always be perfect. You are responsible for keeping your own device and its data backed up.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vane will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising out of a swap made between you and another person, or from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Some collection blueprints can be bought inside the app. All payments are handled by the App Store (Apple) on iOS or Google Play on Android — not by us — and are governed by that store’s terms. Purchases unlock content on your device; there are no subscriptions. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from under its own policy.
GotGot collects no personal data and works fully offline. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and revise the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
